AI Training Studio · preliminary workshop data notice

For a managed workshop, the app stores your first and last names, email, a password verifier (not your plain password), protected session and group-access records, assignment submissions, and activity needed to administer the training. Chat history and model usage will be added only when those functions are enabled.

Administrators manage invitations, roles and assignments. Trainers have limited, read-only cohort progress. Participants can access only their own released tasks and submissions. All permissions are enforced on the server.

Your training-group key is needed only for initial registration, not later sign-ins. Ending a group ends account access but keeps your learning history so it can be reused if you attend another group. Technical sign-in and audit events may also be retained for security. Do not submit confidential company files, passwords, or personal sensitive information into assignments or future AI chats unless your organizer approves a suitable data agreement.

For requests about access, correction, or removal of your information, contact the workshop organizer. The organizer must confirm the retention period and privacy contact before enrolling real users. Email confirmation is not enabled in the initial controlled pilot.
